What the program is

A tangible way to offer care and encouragement.

Mental health challenges can feel isolating, especially for young people. The Mental Health Packages program was created to offer thoughtful support in a form that feels personal, warm, and reassuring.

Each package is intended to communicate a simple message: you matter, your wellbeing matters, and there are people cheering for you.

So far, 900+ mental health packages have been created through the Cheers for Kids community.
